Destination Spotlight
COLORADO - Aspen/Snowmass
World-renowned
Aspen/Snowmass remains the soul of winter sports in
America. It’s glamour, perfect powder, and over
5,000 acres of skiable terrain. With quadruple peaks,
all on one lift ticket – Snowmass, Aspen Mountain,
Aspen Highlands, and Buttermilk –Aspen/Snowmass
goes off by a Power of Four.
Aspen
Mountain is known for its steeps and bumps, with a wealth
of more difficult and expert runs, but its best-kept
secret is a range of groomed, intermediate cruisers.
Snowmass’ 3,128 acres feature varied terrain at
all ability levels, with anything from long, groomed
cruisers, to steeps, bumps and glades. Boarders flock
to the terrain parks, and the views from all over the
mountain are breathtaking.
Ski
with the locals at Aspen Highlands. Never crowded, it’s
best known for the extreme terrain that surrounds the
new Deep Temerity triple chair, but there is something
for everyone with a large amount of groomed cruisers
and breathtaking perspectives of the Maroon Bells. Home
of the Winter ESPN X Games through 2010, Buttermilk
is an ideal mountain for learning to ski or ride, and
it also boasts one of the world’s longest terrain
parks.

Thailand
Adventure

June 2-11, 2007
Thailand
has more visible evidence of past centuries
than any other country in Southeast Asia. Ruins,
temples, and deserted cities make this country
a wonderful holiday destination for those curious
about the past and this interesting culture.
Thailand is also blessed with heavenly islands
and beaches perfect for exploration and relaxation.
A combination of interesting sights and gorgeous
scenery in addition to the friendly and hospitable
locals makes Thailand a very desirable travel
destination.
