Daniela Gugliotta, VP Sales and Marketing

Daniela grew up in a town on the Italian Riviera close to Portofino and the Cinque Terre, but through her Mom's Swiss origins, she often traveled to Switzerland to see her family and friends.

As a child, Daniela dreamed of traveling the world and pursued a career in the Travel Industry.

Daniela's first job was in Mürren, a romantic village in the Swiss Alps. Since snow-covered slopes were her only view for months, learning how to ski became a must!

She worked for Switzerland Tourism at Expo'92 in Genoa, Italy. At Expo'93 in Taejon, South Korea she was selected Chief Hostess/VIP Guide for the Swiss Pavilion, guiding embassy officials and foreign delegations.

Daniela speaks Italian, German, English, French and Spanish and holds a degree in Languages and Literatures, as well as an M.B.A. in International Management.

She joined SkiEurope in 2000 as Director of Marketing and media relations.

Daniela enjoys traveling for fun and has visited Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, South Korea, Mexico, Hawaii, the Caribbean, Chile and Patagonia as well as Costa Rica.

In her spare time she also likes reading, skiing, scuba diving, yoga, hiking, kayaking and flying in small planes.
