Libby
O'Shea, Sales
Libby grew up on the lakes and rivers of the Mississippi Delta, listening
to blues and going barefoot. When she was forced to wear shoes she fled
to the beaches of Florida. Libby chose to spend most of her time on
the water, calling the Gulf of Mexico, Atlantic Ocean and water in the
Bahamas home while working with a start up company in the computer industry.
A rafting trip took her to the western states and it wasn't a tough
decision for Libby to decide to stay. Libby took her passion for water
and turned it into a career working as a whitewater river guide. The
western rivers offered her an adventure filled lifestyle and she followed
the river seasons in New Mexico, Arizona, Colorado, Texas, and Mexico
for 10 years. In 2000 Libby decided she missed the saltwater and needed
a fix so she returned to Florida. When not traveling to an exotic location
with Alpine Adventures she can be found sailing, kayaking, or canoeing.
Ask Libby which place she loves the most out of the ocean, rivers, or
mountains, and depending upon where she is at the time, you will inevitably
get a different answer.
