About Us

     At Alpine Adventures we realize that there are many ski, snowboard, and adventure travel companies with similar looking products. It can be confusing to pick the one that will provide the best service, highest level of care, attention to detail, and all-around adventure knowledge. Perhaps you are new to Alpine Adventures and Anywhere Adventures, or maybe you have traveled with us in the past; either way you are here because you want to know who we are and why we provide a superior travel product.

     The brother/sister team of Rick Reichsfeld and Richelle Blanken founded Alpine Adventures. A passion for skiing and the outdoors began early in life; they grew up skiing on Mt. Hood, Oregon. Both developed into strong skiers and started to gain interest in ski racing. Richelle was a member of the U.S. Ski team and raced in the 1992 Winter Olympics in Albertville, France. Extensive ski racing experiences led Rick and Richelle to a variety of resorts around the world, providing them with the experience necessary to start a specialized ski and travel company. Needless to say, when you call Alpine Adventures, you know you are speaking to a real skier! Realizing that people who ski in the winter would also enjoy a variety of summer adventures precipitated the need for expansion.

Now Alpine Adventures includes Anywhere Adventures, which offers a wide selection of activity-based trips around the globe. Skiers, snowboarders, and adventurers everywhere know that the level of service, attention to detail, and unique programs provided can't be found with any other ski and adventure company. Word of mouth and many return clients have resulted in the expansion of the small company. To continue to provide the best possible service and knowledge for clients Rick and Richelle have handpicked a staff to work with them to keep Alpine Adventures and Anywhere Adventures leading the way in ski and activity vacations.

     The staff at Alpine Adventures is comprised of skiers, snowboarders, rafting guides, climbers, cyclists, and all-around adventure lovers that know and love the areas they are speaking to you about.
